Refund policy

Due to sanitary reasons, lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 72 hours upon arrival of your purchase in order to receive a paid return shipping label from Amity Luxe. All lashes may NOT be worn or cut in any way in order to receive a refund or exchange. 

PROCESSING TIME

Once we receive your package, the return/exchange will be processed within 1-4 business days. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund due to the product being defective, please be advised that additional days may be needed for your bank to process and post the transaction to your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
